Stock Availability

Our website displays live stock quantities for each product.

All items showing a stock quantity are physically held in our Loxton, South Australia warehouse and are available for prompt dispatch.

    The number displayed indicates how many units we currently have on hand and ready to ship.

  • Sold Out
    This item is currently unavailable and cannot be added to your cart.

If a product you’re after is showing as Sold Out, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to check availability or advise on expected restock times.

Shipping & Delivery

  • All items on our website include Free Shipping to Australian addresses.

  • Orders are dispatched from our Loxton, South Australia warehouse.

  • Most items are sent within 1 business day via Australia Post.

  • Click & Collect is available (Loxton SA) – select “Store Pickup” at checkout and we’ll contact you to arrange a collection time.

International Orders


Our website is currently set up for Australian orders only. However, we may be able to ship internationally on a case-by-case basis.
If you are located outside Australia and would like to place an order, please contact us with your location and the items you’re interested in. We will confirm availability, shipping options, and any additional costs involved.

Product Inspection


Product inspection is available by appointment at our Loxton warehouse/showroom.

Warranty & Returns

  • All products are sourced through authorised distributors and include full manufacturer warranties.

  • If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide photos of the item and packaging. Once we’ve reviewed the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • We also accept returns up to 30 days after the date of sale, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide instructions and confirm eligibility.
